ACCOMODATIONS:(Hotel subject to change but will remain a 4 star hotel in the center of Florence)
We stay at a beautiful 4 star hotel in the heart of the historic center of Florence. Its old world elegance and charm with modern amenities make it the ideal location for your Florence Experience. (hotel subject to change based on availability. In the event of a change, same class of hotel will be provided.) Room is a “Superior Room” for two and can be upgraded for an extra fee.
Cost:
The standard Service Charge is $3975 per person (price is based on double occupancy). Single Person Supplement: $500. This is an All Inclusive Experience when you are with your hosts and the group.

Deposit:
There is a non-refundable $500 per person deposit required at time of booking, with the balance due 120 days before the first day of your trip. There is a 3% Credit Card Processing fee that will be included when you checkout. Trip must be paid in full by November 24th for March 24-30 trip.
Cancellation Policy:
120 days before the first day of the trip – full refund
119 days to 46 days before the first day of the trip – 50% refund
45 days before the first day of the trip – no refund given
